Lightning Dust Silhouette Wall
I was already nearly done with this, when a Youtube thumbnail spoiled Dust's appearance in a new episode (from the earlier, Australian airing of Washouts). They changed her tail design slightly, so I updated that. Didn't add any Washouts' team elements, because I figure she can have a separate, Washouts Dust version later maybe :P
